Beaver Builder Rows Explained

let’s talk about rows rows are the
building blocks of the beaver builder system so you’ll notice once we start
the beaver builder editor all the elements that we’ve dropped onto the
site these images these text bits the spacers these are all modules however
notice that when I’m hovered on this there’s also a bigger area that’s
highlighted in the gray box which is up here this is the row this is the row
that contains all of these elements here and with that row we can manipulate that
the same way we manipulate some of the modules so we can move it around with
the move tool we can edit it we can duplicate it
we have row actions and we can delete it most importantly though is the row
settings when I click that that’ll open up our row settings modal window so
within here you can manipulate some of the styles so you can see these are
general styles so we can have a full width or fixed width row we can go full
width or fixed width content how wide is that content we can make it full
height on the page we can set colors background styles add borders if you
have some of the add-on modules like the ultimate view builder or the power pack
you’ll see some extra tabs here like the effects the separators the up and down
arrows but you’ll always have this Advanced tab as well this will let you
manipulate some of the display with each of those rows so here you can see I can
add margins and padding to it but more importantly I can dictate when this row
is gonna be shown so right now it’s set to always show but I could have it show
only on large devices large and medium medium small so on and so forth
additionally I can show this just for logged out users logged in users or
everybody and if you’re a little bit savvy with CSS and JavaScript you can
add an ID or a class to this row so that you can either effect it with stylesheet
settings or with some Java scripting when you’re satisfied with the row of
settings that you’ve established click save and those will take effect in
your row
