I Chef Smita Welcome you all to Smita’s Kitchen We all must have had Eggless premix Cake available in the market Today, we’re going to learn, How to make the same eggless cake premix at home! First we will learn to make the Premix and then how to make a cake out of that premix. Let’s Begin then Half Cup Maida + 2 tb spoon extra 1 cup Castor Sugar 1 tbspoon cornflour 1/2 tb spoon rice flour 1/2 tb spoon Milk powder 1 tb spoon Egg Replacer If you don’t get Egg replacer easily you can use 1T spoon Baking Powder and 1/2 T spoon Baking Soda 1/2 T spoon Vanilla Powder 1/2 T spoon Oil 1/2 cup water 1/2 T spoon Cake gel You can skip it if you want. We will now mix all Dry ingredients in the mixer Maida + Castor Sugar + egg Replacer + Corn Flour/ Corn Starch + Milk Powder
+ Rice Flour + Vanilla Powder We will grind it now. Make sure you don’t grind it on high speed.
Just gentle mixing on pulse mode by immediate on and off actions
2-3 times The Premix is now ready.
This is almost 300 gms of Premix ready. You can store it in an airtight jar at Room Temperature for 2 months. If you want you can store it in a refrigerator in a ziplock pouch for 6 months.
DO NOT PUT IT IN THE FREEZER Our Dry Premix is now ready, Let’s see how we turn it into a cake Oil + water + cake Gell Avoid cake Gell if you have kids at home Beat it gently and let it form soap like lather Now add the premix powder And beat it gently again for 2-3 minutes We will now use a 6inch pan, Grease it with butter Put the cake paste in this pan and spread it evenly You can bake it in cooker also, pre heat for 10 mins medium flame then on slow flame bake it for 25-30 mins Now we’ll put this in the Oven Toaster Griller Machine Pre heat the OTG for 10 mins at 160 degree on bake mode Check the description for details on how to bake this cake in Microwave or a Pressure cooker. After 25 mins get it out of the otg and the baking pan and let it cool for sometime Now to serve it you can use Chocolate truffle or Chocolate ganache You can do icing as well.     But can you please share how much baking soda and baking powder to be added in premix if I want to replace egg replacer????
